Recipe Courtesy of Foster Farms Turkey and Hot Beauty Health“This Turkey Taco wrapped in lettuce is my favorite lunch recipe. It’s low carb, light, and packed with tons of flavor. Instead of red meat, I used Foster Farms Organic Ground Turkey because it’s still nutritious and a lean source of protein. It’s locally grown in California’s Central Valley, contains no antibiotics, raised free-range on organic land and fed an organic vegetarian diet, and it’s 100 percent natural.”-Diana

The mexican taco can be infinitely adapted to virtually any flavorite ingredient, including beef, chicken, sausage, or seafood, with assorted toppings.
