Literally translated the title of this dish means Roast Suckiling Pig.....a bit misleading. This is a citrus marinated roast pork recipe that I found in the new WW Momentum Cookbook. I apologize that there's no photo...but it's gone already. Tender and juicy with the roast carrots on the side......I'll definitely be making this again. I think this would also be great without the carrots and done on the grill.
