This recipe is a variation of one from my husband’s family. The first time I heard of “cabbage salsa”, I must admit that I thought it sounded a little strange. But I was blown away when I tried it! This is fabulous with chips, or as a condiment for tacos, etc. It's the best!

They serve this salsa at my favorite local restaurant. It is very tasty. Black pepper, lime and cabbage make it interesting.

A mild cabage salsa, spice it up with more peppers if you like! Let sit overnight (or at least 3 hours chilled) before eating, as the flavors will need to blend.
