This is a great recipe I came across in an old Homecoming cookbook. My son loved it and he's not a big fan of cabbage. The only changes I made to this recipe: adding more rice; I mixed all the ingredients together rather than layer; and I blanched the cabbage for a few minutes before adding it to the mixture.
A variation on my original Cabbage Roll Casserole! This version doesn't have sauerkraut and has a different taste. May be more appealing to some. This Recipe was found at LowCarbFriends.com and has been modified by me.
