This was a really excellent recipe that I got from one of my OLD Betty Crocker magazines. My kids love this and it really is easy (almost effortless), and it is also very filling. I like to season the ground beef with a sprinkling of taco seasoning while it cooks, for more of a Tex-Mex flavor. Good for working Moms who are too tired to cook at the end of the day!

Betty Crocker used to sell squares like these in a mix as she does brownies. They were delicious and why they were discontinued so long ago is beyond me. I am glad I came across this recipe and just hope they are as good as I remembered! The recipe also refers to these as Praline Squares.

I know, I know.....5 million stuffed zucchini recipes, and I had to post another. Well this one is different then the others. Actually, this is the very first 'stuffed' recipe I ever tried. I'd just gone back to work after having the kids, and came across Betty Crocker's 'Working Woman's Cookbook'. What a gem this book is. Anyway, getting back to the zucchini....this is very tasty, and easy to put together. The best part, is you can prepare it up to 24 hours ahead of time. Just what working people need.

Found this on the Betty Crocker website. I like the way it's presented, and it has some of my favourite ingredients: bacon, blue cheese, avocados...YUM! (And it's a salad, so I can kid myself that it's healthy!)
