This simple chicken dish bakes up moist and juicy. The women recommend using pasta sauce because it contains herbs and spices, but puréed tomatoes work just as well. It's also delicious with other chicken parts.

Something i came up with one night. Pretty easy to make, not much work required. Only time in the oven. It is also towards Russian dishes. You can also bake a whole chicken with mayo and adjika sauce. The only thing is time in the oven will be 45 min for each side of the chicken.

I wanted a basic way to cook drumsticks since they are cheaper than the breasts. I didn't want alot of spice or sauce on it so if you are looking that, this is not the recipe for you. We found it just right for us, the flavor of the chicken really comes through. I served with corn and twice baked potato casserole.

This will probably become a family favourite, since it also works well cold in the lunch box. Send it to school along with carrot and celery sticks and some crackers or a granola bar.
