While the pizzas and toppings on the menu are reminiscent of those in the U.S. (pepperoni, sausage, and vegetable are all served here), the menu goes beyond pizza and includes a trio of baked rice dishes Seafood Fiesta, Curry Zazzle, and Chicken Olé. The Seafood Fiesta is based on Spanish paella (a rice and seafood dish) and includes mussels, prawns, squid served atop rice pilaf and topped with salsa and mozzarella. The Curry Zazzle is based on a traditional Singaporean rice dish and comes with fragrant buttered rice, topped with spicy chicken chunks, potato cubes, and curry sauce. The Chicken Olé has buttered rice, roasted chicken strips, mushrooms, green peppers mixed in an alfredo sauce and topped with mozzarella.
