The Tampa Bay United Soccer Club offers children ages 5 through 19 an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of soccer in a safe, friendly environment. There are five divisions open to children of all levels: Recreational, Futures, Academy, Competitive and TOPSoccer. The TOPSoccer program is geared for those with disabilities who are interested in playing soccer. All players are encouraged to learn the game and advance to the next level.

Shady Hills Little League serves a large portion of Pasco County. It is a community- and volunteer-driven organization that encourages both children and parents to get involved in community sports. Many of the parents of little leaguers stay with the program and eventually become coaches or fill other positions on the little league board. All children, ages 4-16, can join one of the divisions in little league. T-Ball, rookies, minors, majors, juniors and seniors are some of divisions within the Shady Hills Little League. Shady Hills also offers a Challengers division, which is open to any child, ages 4 through 22, that is physically or developmentally challenged. In the Challengers division, parents are allowed on the field if needed to push a wheelchair-bound child or help their child in any way needed so that the child can enjoy the camaraderie in playing little league baseball.

The East Bay Buccaneers Football and Cheerleading organization has been around for over 26 years. It is a non-profit organization that welcomes children ages 4 to 14 to be cheerleaders and children 5 to 14 to play football. All of the board members and the coaches are volunteers. Discounts are offered on the cost of registration when there are more than two family members joining the league.

Bowling leagues will begin forming around Labor Day at Lane Glo Bowl. There are senior leagues, mixed, open, ladies and youth/adult leagues. Children as young as six years old can join the youth league. Bowlers can form their own league with as few as eight players. Registration for a bowling league can be done by mail or at the bowling alley. Bowling league prices begin at $8 per week.

The organizers of Club Sport Kids are committed to providing a safe environment where kids can be physically active and have fun at the same time. At Club Sport Kids, children can choose to participate in soccer leagues or football leagues. The registration fee includes everything the child will need to participate in the sports except shinguards for soccer and cleats for football. Teams are small, as little as 8-10 children per team. Club Sport Kids fall schedule starts in September.
