  • The associates are extremely unhelpful. You have to come up to them and ask for help, majority of them don't know seem to know the answer. They only help out if you're trying to buy a huge TV.
  • Don't forget to sign up for Best Buy's frequent shopper program--RewardZone! It's free and it saves you money! Plus you don't have to have the card on you when you shop.
  • Employees are very helpful and willing to answer questions. Best Buy is my favorite place to buy electronics and appliances!
  • Super unhelpful associates.
  • If the item that you've bought is still in warranty, bring it back as soon as possible to Geek Squad for servicing. They will surely get the work done but don't expect it to be fixed on time.
  • If you have to go to a best buy, go to this one! Not quite as shitty as most best buys.
  • Pretty poor customer service. No wonder they're in trouble!
  • Skip the store and buy your stuff online... Employees are worthless here.

  • Don't order online and pick up in store, they'll lose your order and make you wait 30 minutes while they look for it.
  • Best Buy has really good computer prices compared to some of the other local stores in the area
  • Waited at Geek squad for 20 minutes to be served - Bought a warranty on my computer - paid extra - 3 week turn around - making my kid fix it instead
  • Nice, clean and easy to navigate. Friendly helpful staff who do not try and push a sale.
  • The appliance section is really good.
  • Did you know Best Buy sales people aren't on commission?

  • James was a doll helping me get a new phone. Hes well informed than the associate Ezekial. Glad I went with James cuz I dont feel like a newbie with my phone!
