Blueberry Boiled Easter Eggs
Ingredients
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 -cup water
  • mash ½ cup blueberries in 1-cup water.
  • wait 1-2 hours for the color to dilute, and remove the blueberries.
Directions
  1. Let blueberries simmer in 1-cup water for 10-15 minutes. Strain out the onions and add 2 tsp. Safeway Select vinegar. Soak a hard-boiled egg until desired depth of color is reached.
