In honor of the competitive spirit during the Head of the Charles, the world's largest regatta, Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro created The Beaten Englishman cocktail.Made with Beefeater Gin, Campari, King Ginger, Cointreau and a splash of lime juice, The Beaten Englishman is served straight up in a martini glass with an orange peel garnish.

Ingredients
  • 3 ounce beefeater gin
  • 1 ounce king ginger
  • 1 ounce cointreau
  • 1 dash of lime juice
  • 2 ounce campari
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel
