Foursquare Tips

  • Come here for the blues, not the food. Bring cash for the beer bucket guy if it's crowded, you may never make it back from the bar!
  • The best view is from either a booth or right up front. If you grab a booth, be sure to have the 38oz sharing steak. Pete from One eskimO
  • Check out the legendary Harlem Gospel Choir brunch here every Sunday -- it's perfect for the bored church-goer, music lover, soul food connoisseur, urban adventurer... you get it.
  • Phone service here is usually terrible, but try the wi-fi network: bbkings-guest, password: bbkingnyc

  • The food is nasty & expensive but the music is great. Eat before you go & you should be fine.
  • Unfortunately they have roaches... which I discovered last night while watching Paul Mooney and this one crawled out on our table to join us! Smh... Never eating here again!

  • Concert venue inside BB King's (with an awesome Beatle's brunch every Saturday!). For something more low-key, try Lucille's Grill (the lounge next door), which has free live jazz every night.
