Bahamas Luxury Resort Breaks Ground On Marina Residences

Three six-story towers containing 35 residences will be built around the Albany Marina in the Bahamas. The real estate project, the Marina Residences of Albany, will be completed by 2014. The Tavistock Group and professional golfers Tiger Woods and Ernie Els are the owners of the elaborate, soon-to-be mixed-use luxury resort.

The residences at the marina will be part of a community that will include a full-service marina with 71 slips that is capable of accommodating yachts from 50 to 200 feet in length. The floor plans of the dwellings range from two to six bedrooms, and the penthouse units will feature private swimming pools and theater rooms. lltitle=New Homes Around Albany Marina in Bahamas### llcontent=The Albany Marina in the Bahamas is getting ready for three new six-story towers, 35 residences total, to be built.
