Awesome Asparagus Recipes

Whether you like your asparagus thick or thin, there's really no denying the deliciousness of this spring vegetable. Aside from its numerous health benefits, it's a versatile ingredient to work with.

Try shaving the raw stalks for a quick salad with some shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano and cracked pepper, or putting it atop pizza like in the recipe below. Or, asparagus can be chopped and thrown into a frittata or scrambled with eggs. Too much work? Then just roast it in the oven or cook in a pan with a little lemon butter and call it a day.
