Garlicky Artichoke Pizza
- All-purpose flour, for rolling the dough
- One 9-ounce ball frozen pizza dough, thawed
- 1/3 Cup béchamel sauce*
- 5 artichoke hearts
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 Cup fresh mozzarella
This pizza is simple and delicious. Resist the urge to put more veggies on it. Let the artichoke shine! OK, and the garlic I guess.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Coat a work surface with flour. Roll out the pizza dough until it's about 8 inches in diameter. Spread the sauce evenly across, leaving some room around the edges for crust. Then, spread the artichoke evenly until covered. Sprinkle garlic all over pizza and sprinkly the cheese on top. Lightly dust a baking sheet with flour and place the pizza on the baking sheet. Bake until the cheese is golden brown, about 15-18 minutes. Enjoy! (Look out for garlic breath).
