I love eating at Alobar. It's my go to spot when I'm in a pinch and it never fails. Great food, many drinks to choose from and the ambiance is great to bring a date, loved one or friends.

Great place to come for dinner or just drinks! Ambience is cozy and wait staff is friendly. Favorites were: Vernon smash cocktail, mushroom toast, and bone marrow! Crispy pork was divine as well!

Pretty decent beer selection, good cocktails, and the best damn burger in LIC.

Me to the server - "You don't even need teeth for these ribs. They dissolve in your mouth." Also, BACON anything. Fresh, simple and delicious food.

Love the beer battered bacon

Carbonara style Mac and cheese is good, but burger is still best. Fluffernutter for dessert is amazing! Beware: induces a food high ;)

Maple glazed bacon popcorn is awesome!

Hands down best restaurant in LIC. Go for brunch, go for dinner, go for a cocktail. Love.

The most AMAZING burger I've ever had... Battered bacon? YES please! Sloppy joe is ok, popcorn is good to try, bread pudding is good if you catch it made fresh.
Sonya L.
Get the popcorn. To die for!
Tasting Table
Settle into a gently curved melon-colored booth and get a dark pint of Long Ireland Breakfast Stout on tap.

Recommended sandwiches include the popular duck confit "sloppy joe" with smoked ricotta, roasted garlic crostini, truffle, red wine onions and baby greens.

The food I disappointing as well as the service ... We waited forever for our plates to be cleared. I had high hopes for this place... What a let down.
