So, Halloween has past, T-giving's on the horizon and you've never been so ready for a vacation. Well, after spending all that doe on your sexy CDC costume, and now you have to save up for your various secret Santa gifts, Mr. Popular, you can't quite afford a trip to Italy. Who wants that 10 hour flight anyway—with the kid behind you kicking your seat and threats of being quarantined after your vacay... no thank you.

Well don't fret, because now you can have your pasta, and eat it to. I assume you do this already, unless you're some crazy anti carb health freak. But, since celebrity Chef Bryan Voltaggio unlocked the doors to an Aggio location in your Charm City, you can now take a staycation and enjoy the best carbs this world has to offer, as though you are sitting in front of the Coloseum (sans the locals intense PDA).

Celebrate your good choice with any of the amazing a la carte options or fully embrace the I'm-on-vacation-and-don't-want-to-think mentality and go for the six-course tasting menu. If you decide to do the hard work yourself, you'll select from seven different pastas and large dishes such as the sea scallops with spaghetti squash (kind of like regular pasta but healthier), chestnuts, brown butter-balsamic and sage. If you're struggling to head too far from home (we understand, traveling can be scary) Voltaggio offers up something just for you: The blue crab arancini is sure to help remind you of home...

If you are still struggling to fully don the Italian persona, allow master sommelier Keith Goldston to help you get there. With 150 choices, you are sure to find the wine that helps you ease into your new role as captain jetsetter.

So go ahead, call in sick tomorrow, head over to Aggio and start your staycay off right. Because as we like to say, "When in Baltimore..."
