4 Denver Food Events In November

November is right around the corner, which means everyone will be thinking about Thanksgiving and the holiday season—especially Thanksgiving. Celebrate this month with food events happening throughout Denver.

Holiday Food & Gift Festival, Nov. 1-3
Get started with shopping and food for the holiday season with the arguably largest holiday celebration in the Midwest. There will be over 500 exhibitors at the Colorado Convention Center. As of now, it is confirmed that Oregon Trail Jerky will make an appearance with their unique jerky options like venison, buffalo, and elk.

November at Denver Botanic Gardens, all November
Many food events will be taking place at the Denver Botanic Gardens in November. On Nov. 7, there will be the Home Cheesemaking which teaches participants the science of making cheese from start to finish. There will also be the Foods of the Mesoamerican Cuisine Tour on Nov. 9 to highlight foods eaten throughout history in Mexico. For more information, click here.

Yelp's Secret Supper, Nov. 14
Well, looks like this isn't such a secret anymore. RSVP here to register to dine with the Yelp Secret Supper Club for $25. It is unknown exactly what will be on the menu, but expect a 3-course meal with a complimentary cocktail prepared by a member of the club. The location will not be revealed until the day before, so keep an eye out for updates!

Chipotle Sustainable Food Film Series, Nov. 20
From September to November, Chipotle has been featuring a documentary at Mitchell Hall called "In Organic We Trust." This documentary explores the question of what is actually organic. Director/producer Kip Pastor digs deeper behind the labels and marketing of what is considered to be organic. Register here to attend the 6:00 p.m. screening. Free food will be provided by Chipotle.
