16 Handles Introducing New Flavors And Toppings

According to Franchising.com, frozen yogurt chain 16 Handles is expanding their Artisan Frozen Yogurt Collection to include more fruit flavors and toppings created by chefs.

The new "Farm to Fro-Yo" flavors include blood orange sorbetto, blackberry with a lemon zest, and peach, and the new toppings are goji granola with chia and pumpkin seeds, apple cider pound cake, and Crispy Crispix, according to RestaurantNews.com.

Solomon Choi, 16 Handles' founder, told the site, "Summer is all about ripe fruit flavor, and we hand-picked these new flavors to complement the season." A spinoff on farm to table restaurants, the idea is that the fruit was fresh picked and brought right to 16 Handles to be served in their frozen yogurts.

With all of the frozen yogurt shops popping up around the country, it can be hard to stand out, but 16 Handles is certainly doing what it can to get ahead of competition with these new twists.
