The Patriots (The Losing Team) — Palm Beach, Aruba

After a crushing loss to the New York Giants in the Super Bowl last year, the New England Patriots didn’t walk away completely empty-handed. The Aruba Tourism Authority offered all members of the team an all-expenses-paid vacation to the Caribbean island. The high-rise strip of Palm Beach boasts more than 100 restaurants, and the tourism authority suggests trying frogs’ legs, duck, venison, or foie gras at any of their local establishments. So hey, this year’s losing team might not exactly be celebrating, but at least they could be soaking up sun while drinking piña coladas.
