... as well as with their fries, which were essentially made to order and were gargantuan and super-crispy.

Shock Top

The folks from Shock Top were on hand, giving out samples from their roster including their flagship Belgian White, Raspberry Wheat, Honeycrisp Apple Wheat, and Lemon Shandy.

Nuchas Empanadas

Mercifully easy to eat while holding a beer, these mini-empanadas were stuffed with spinach and mozzarella, spicy chipotle chicken (left), and Argentine-style ground beef (right).

Solber Pupusas

This Red Hook Ball Field standby churned out freshly handmade pupusas at a brisk pace all night (filled with chicken and cheese or veggies), and gave guests the option of adding on salsa roja, cabbage slaw, pickled onions, jalapeños, and crema. This one's got "the works."

Wafels & Dinges

A fresh-made waffle topped with crumbled candied bacon, whipped cream, and maple-bourbon glaze? Yes, please.

Mike N' Willie’s

This truck fried fresh falafel flautas — a corn tortilla stuffed with falafel mix, rolled up, fried, and topped with cilantro tahini — all night long, and couldn't roll them out fast enough.

Desi Food Truck

This truck churned out some quality street-food-inspired Indian goodies, including this very good bowl of rice, lentil dal, and chicken tikka masala.
